davecove
I have some old blueprints as TIFFs that I would like to import into Inventor 2013. There are quite a few curves I need to trace and I am hoping to be able to trace them in Inventor but I haven't seen a facility for that yet. Is it possible? If so, how please... Cad64
I have moved your question to the Inventor section of the forum: http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/forumdisplay.php?32-Autodesk-Inventor
JD Mather
Place the image into a new sketch. Scale appropriately with a dimension. Start a new sketch. Start sketching over the image. Attach an example file here if you can't figure it out.
Lazer
Handy tip, best save the Tiff file out as a JPG before bringing it into Inventor basically tiff files can be very large in size.
