Lisp to renumber attribute in a block sequentially

Recommended Posts

Hello all,

I would like to ask for some help for the issue I have in hands now. I have to renumber a huge amount of Columns in a drawing where the reference number of the column is a tag within an attribute of a block. I'll post a case of what is pretended. I wonder if it is possible to create a lisp where I could only click on the block one by one sequentially and the number would go sequentially forward as well. Any help with this? Any other ideas of how to do this fast and effectively would be a great help.

It doesn't do what I pretend. I don't want to create new blocks numbered sequentially because there are other tags that I want to keep as they are. The point here is to edit only the tag PILAR in the Block PILARES REF in order to make them ordered sequentially as is shown in the file in a way other than one by one manually.

Once you have your increment set and your starting number set, click ok. Then press "R" for renumber.
