Problem XREF'ing a DWG created in Plant 3D into Autocad 2016

I'm trying to bring a piping model created in Plant 3D into my electrical model as an xref. However, when I do it I can only see the pumps and standard blocks that we have centrally that were created in autocad that have been inserted into the piping model and not the actualy piping that plant 3D has created.

Does that make sense? Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

They need to Export to AutoCAD or you need Object Enablers from Autodesk.

You might try -EXPORTTOAUTOCAD though, it would be better if the originator did it IMHO.

That's great, object enablers have been mentioned in the office. How do you go about getting the object enablers from Autodesk? I rang them earlier and they don't have a support phone line as such?
