andyr74
I don't know if this is the wright place to ask. I want to reinstall acad 2009 on a windows 8.1 computer. Due to new servers and new server infrastructure all company PC's have been reinstalled (this PC from windows 8.1 Pro to windows 8.1 enterprise) I have the original acad 2009 CD with license, serial,... Acad 2009 was installed before on win 8.1 pro but I can't install it on win 8.1 enterprise. I allways got the message "the system can't open the file C:\Users\And\AppData\Local\Temp\_AIA.tmp\acad.msi" Wy couldn't I reinstall it any more? Or how can I solve this? ReMark
Maybe you need to run AutoCAD in a virtual machine or use a program like Longbow to get it to run.
Cad64
You may need to disable your anti-virus software prior to installing the program: http://knowledge.autodesk.com/support/inventor-products/troubleshooting/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Error-The-system-cannot-open-the-device-or-file-specified.html Also, see here for information on preparing your system for installation: http://knowledge.autodesk.com/customer-service/installation-activation-licensing/get-ready/prepare-system
