Dadgad
Could you post a graphic, or the .dwg?
eldon
Are you de-curving the polyline before you set the Tangent at a vertex? Anyway, you have to Fit the curve to make this tangent effective.
motee-z
may i was not clear the polyline i used have a width ex 5 units so i want to set angle to start point vertex instead of perpendicular angle
eldon
Your words alone do not describe the problem. Let us all understand when you post a picture of what you want to do, and post the drawing (or the essential part of it) that you are using. RobDraw
That probably isn't possible with a polyline. I think you have to "cap" the end of the polyline with another object.
eldon
You are not using the Pedit command properly. The Tangent option applies to curves. Your requirement has nothing to do with curves.
BIGAL
The only way to do this is to use something like creating a pline pattern and a hatch. Its complex and would be user specific in this case parallel to a line. I have code but I can not post for copyrite reasons. Do two offsets of the pline add a offset to be trim line trim at plines and line close other end then hatch
