Surveying: How can I change the drawing coordinates from ground to grid using the CSF

Hi!

I have a drawing in Civil 3D (2014) that has ground coordinates. I have the CSF value and I am hopeful that this value can be used to convert the drawing coordinates back to grid.

Any advice will be greatly appreciated, as the alternative is to change the coordinates outside of AutoCAD and re-draw the roadway project.

various ways move and rotate, align, UCS. Inside Map it has pretty sure helmert transformation to do this stuff. We occasionaly have to move stuff from arbitrary to real world generally projects are not that large that scale factors start to creep in, but agian this would depend on the original control.
