ReMark
I'd extrude some lines and arcs to create a surface.
Cad64
It's a good start, but you might want to rework your frame a little bit to make it more consistent with the original. I've provided a good side view image below that you could insert into Autocad to use for reference in getting the profile correct. You can find a lot more views from different angles here: https://www.google.com/search?sa=G&tbs=simg:CAESzAEayQELEKjU2AQaAggKDAsQsIynCBpgCl4IAxIorh2rHawdsRLxAa0dqAapBrcSogbZJ9onvzXANeU27yfiNc0ynSjXJxowIu_1lmcrZTtbrBvgxaJNwHOvItTCzer8fmPWEc4fd_1kAmyz61SYH0fJP5K63tMo4tDAsQjq7-CBoKCggIARIEtEOT_1gwLEJ3twQkaOQoLCglmdXJuaXR1cmUKBwoFY2hhaXIKCQoHYXJtcmVzdAoHCgV0YWJsZQoNCgt0b2lsZXQgc2VhdAw&q=mies+van+der+rohe+chair&tbm=isch&ved=0CC0Qsw5qFQoTCOjSrb6aiccCFcydgAod9p0DHg&biw=1485&bih=
BIGAL
You can definately make the frame you would probably use a 1" or 25mm tube you need a Mandrel bender this stops the tube from creasing, a good engineering workshop will have one and the right type of tube maybe chrome moly, stainless is expensive. You will need all the radius and lengths as commented previously. With luck it can be bent out of one tube. The coverings make the frame then measure as you are showing a lace up tolerance will not be a problem. Use large head rivets maybe to stop slipping. Cad64
I went ahead and built my own model. Take a look here if you're interested in seeing it: http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?93354-MR-Side-Chair&p=638776#post638776
