SLW210
Check your FONTALT http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?37306-remove-unknown-SHX-files http://www.cadtutor.net/forum/showthread.php?29085-Unknown-Shape-Files http://www.cadstudio.cz/en/download.asp?file=DelShape
rkmcswain
The dialog you posted occurs when AutoCAD is looking for a FONT file, not a SHAPE file. In this case, it's specifically looking for "Eguidebig.shx" If you have this file, then put it in the same directory as the drawing and move on. If you don't have this file, you can replace the reference to it in the STYLE command with some other font (like SIMPLEX)

ReMark
how can we add micro station font in cad? What file type does Microstation use for its fonts? If it isn't .SHX or .TFF I don't see how it could be used in AutoCAD.
BIGAL
I found it in Autocad path \civil 3d 2013\fonts as a default font, I know I did not add it. @extfont2.zip
