Dadgad Posted August 14, 2015 Share Posted August 14, 2015 (edited) It certainly sounds like either your Tool Tips, as ReMark suggested, or possibly your Rollover Tool Tips. Either of these can be easily tweaked or Disabled in Options, as shown in the screenshot. Unless of course, you might be referring to the Selection Preview settings, which can be tweaked on the SELECTION tab in Options.
