HELP:LISP to simply change annotation scale/CANNOSCALE for all blocks in a drawing

Is there a LISP to change annotation scale/CANNOSCALE for all blocks?

Currently my existing drawings in model space, When i go into the blocks using block editor, the annotation scale will be different. Changing to the correct scale by clicking on the lower right hand corner or using the "CANNOSCALE" command will work BUT after saving the block when going back in again it will revert back to its "old" scale

Due to many blocks, is there a LISP to simply change annotation scale/CANNOSCALE for all blocks in one shot?

I did actually. I did not find a solution for it though. Concurrently I will be searching during my lunch hour today.

Google Cadtutor cannoscale found a few there was a similar question maybe 2 weeks ago.
