xesseess
I have a user that gets a Fatal Error when he inserts a library part from a local library, and then tries to save the autocad drawing (this also happens when autocad autosaves). The error causes autocad to shut down. If he inserts the part from the network, and then saves he does not get the error. The user works at a remote location, which is why we have his library stored locally instead of having to insert all of the parts from our corporate network, which can awhile over a basic cable internet service. Thanks in advance for any input. He is using xp w/service pack 2. Thanks again,
RobDraw
Maybe the local file has gotten corrupted and needs to be replaced with the one from the network.
ReMark
What is the exact wording of this fatal error message this user is seeing? Have you tried cross checking the error message to the AutoDesk website to see if has been the topic of discussion in the past?
