Rage221677
I have a question involving pdf paper size settings. Here is my situation: I have a printer setting set for printing out 11x17 isometric drawings, I also have "Apply to Layout" set to these settings. Now I want to create a pdf of my isometric drawing using "DWG to PDF". In doing so, when I change from my "Apply to Layout" setting to "DWG to PDF", my paper size changes. It is still a 11x17 setting but not the correct one. I have been using 2014 AutoCAD and noticed when I made the same change from printing at a set printer to creating a pdf, the correct paper size was set automatically. Now I have 2015 AutoCAD and when I replicate the task, an incorrect paper size setting is chosen, I have to manually change it to the correct one. As I mentioned above, in 2014, the correct paper size setting was chosen and in 2015, it is not. I do not have a problem having to change it manually but I was wondering if there is a way to set it automatically. If anyone knows any information regarding this subject, I would greatly appreciate any assistance. Have a Blessed Day
BIGAL
You can save your current plot settings under a different name, top left on plot screen, do this in your master template, you can also import this setting from say your template. I use a lisp with different plot settings just pick from a menu as another way.
RobDraw
Is this what you are looking for? In order for it to work, the same paper size has to be available for the printer.
