Importing Multiple MIF/MID Files

Hello All,

I was hoping to find a way of importing multiple MIF/MID files into AutoCAD Map 3D 2016 all at once. I've tried creating a .ipf file however, it only seems to work with one MIF/MID file. That is, when I open the .ipf in a text editor it appears to be tied to the specific MID/MIF file I originally used to create it. The reason why i'm going this rout is because I want to import the MIF/MID files by layer name, not the default setting. Using _-MAPIMPORT does not work because the MIF/MID files i'm bringing in all have different names and when I source the .ipf file only 1 of the MIF/MID files is filtered appropriately. All other files come in with the default settings.

Any help and/or advice is greatly appreciated.
