guran
When I look att a figure in a viewport arcs does not appear in the right position but showed all over the place. Does anyone know what this could be? Please look at the attached pictures - one good (modelspace)and one bad (paperspace viewport).
RobDraw
I don't see it.
guran
In the bad (top) image all of the vertical arcs (almost straight lines) are shown far to the right.
guran
Here is another picture with the displaced arcs marked within a red circle.
RobDraw
If they are arcs, I can't even hazard a guess without the file. Please post a small file exhibiting the behavior.
Dana W
I've had similar graphical displacement issues running 2016 at work. It is because I am forced to use an on board video processor that is not even close to capable of anything. The more dense the drawing, the more likely it is to happen. Attaching a large pdf or even another drawing even makes it breathe hard. Do these arc's plot properly?
guran
The arc's plot properly, it is only in viewports on the screen this happens, and the larger the radius the more wrong it gets. But we have now discovered that if we change the Visual Styles from 2D Wireframe to Wireframe the problem disappears.
SLW210
What are your computer specifications and graphic card specifications?
guran
Intel ® Core i7-3770 CPU @ 3.40GHz NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960. It's a brand new computer, so that can't be the problem.
RobDraw
... but it can, be if it isn't working properly. If the print output is as expected, what are the alternatives? AutoCAD related? Probably not. Edited February 16, 2016 by RobDraw
SLW210
Does Autodesk have a certified driver for that card? New or not, you are describing a graphics problem, maybe a different driver will help. What happens if you turn off/on Hardware acceleration? What OS and how much RAM?
