LISP Routine to Draw Straight Lines Between Curved Edge Lines

Can anyone share a LISP routine that can DRAW straight RED lines between consecutive nodes of LINE 1 and LINE 2 to LINE 3. LINE 1 will have N segments, LINE 2 will have 2xN segments, and LINE 3 will have 3xN segments. Attached AutoCAD file shows how the RED lines are drawn by hand between interior nodes of LINES 1 & 2 to interior nodes of LINE 3.

Since LINE 1, has N segments and LINE 2, 2xN segments, then for LINE 3 with 3xN segments all interior Nodes of LINES 1 & 2 will match those interior Nodes of LINE 3.

The above to create a ruled surface between the boundaries of 3 curved polylines.
