Using Inventor to Create Complex Stairs

Hello fellow CAD geeks!

I'm looking for a little information on Inventor. I've been researching using driven dimensions to create staircases, and have found that there's quite a wealth of info, including on this site, on creating very simple steps.

What I'm largely concerned with is creating complex crossets on straight and curved staircases. The product i'm hoping to draw (currently draw in AutoCAD) are solid stone staircases. I have seen that creating a rectangle shaped tread within a spiral shaped staircase is doable, but what about stairs that incorporate straight and curved centrelines? I'm not sure it's possible, but I'd love to hear some feedback from any Inventor experts! I have included an elevation image of what I'm referring to. If the bullnose mould could be included that would be great, but if not, just the solid stone would be good.

Thanks in advance for your response.
