sanchez Posted April 30, 2016 Share Posted April 30, 2016 Hello, I am using Solidworks 2013 and when I imported my template files from my previous version they did not go into the right place. They do not show as an option under new. In all the other versions that I used they always were in c:\ Program Files\Solidworks\ Data\Templates. shift1313 Posted May 1, 2016 Share Posted May 1, 2016 Diego you can save them wherever you want. Its a good idea to have your custom templates separate from the SW ones. You just need to go into the properties and go to "file locations" and point solidworks to them.
