Convert to Solid from 3 profiles of Element; 3dpline, Pline, Spline. How ???

I was try with; Network, Path, Extrude, SolidEdit>>Extrude>>Face, PressPull and so with Region I have done with it first!

" My purpose is create a solid shape from 3 element profiles where they are different each other like on my file I attach below, there are; 3D LWPOLYLINE, LWPOLYLINE, SPLINE. "

Please, needs input, idea, opinion and others from master or everyone could be able to solve thsis. Thanks in advance for reading my post with my poor english I hope you'll understand it..

What exactly is the geometry supposed to represent?

Because the closed 3D Polyline is noncoplanar, it will be rejected for the Sweep command, unless I am mistaken.

That may be the same for all of the other similar modeling commands.

I never model surfaces, always work with Solids, perhaps the Surfaces & Nurb-erati forum members will know another way to approach this.

Just what in the heck is this geometry supposed to represent anyway? Kind of wonky if you ask me.
