Befor format the system, It was working fine with me, after format the system getting above message, please help me solve this issue..

I just think the original install location on the G:\ drive doesn't have the files there to reference. Is this an update? Does it let you change the path after you click OK?

Thanks for quick response, the reference file is available on same location.

Maybe check some wierd things in

C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Autodesk\Revit\Autodesk Revit 201x

Revit.ini or others..

Then something is wrong with that file. Maybe out of date, or whatever the reason the installer knows it's not the file it needs. Sometimes stored installer files can be the exact same name, but from a different build so it's not the same.

 

Not sure how you got to this point but I would possible look into a repair.

please do something if you can, because 3 or 4 times I formatted my system, because of this issue, this message is coming while first run on installation.

Why would you format your computer to solve a program installation problem?

 

I thought I did some mistake while Installation of Window...

Is this some type of network installer? Has the installer file been modified or anything? Have you tried simply downloading the installers fresh from Autodesk?

Please give us a little back ground info-

1 - Has this been working and just stop?

2 - Did you just do an upgrade?

3 - Are you running Windows 10?

4 - If #3 is yes when did you upgrade/install?

5 - are all of your internet items working? (Google, IE, etc...)

I had a similar issue when I upgraded to BDSP 2017 and it turned out to be a known Windows 10 issue and their new browser "Edge" taking over but it doesn't want to play with others.
