tonyj
Hi all, It's been a while since I was on here but I have a bit of a problem and I think that somebody here might be able to help. Can somebody tell me how to convert an Advance Steel model into Revit. All of the connections need to be clearly seen in Revit. Thanks.
RobDraw
I am not familiar with Advance Steel to Revit but conversions rarely work as expected. It is usually better to just recreate it in Revit.
tonyj
Hi RobDraw, Recreating is not an option. The client wants out model so he can insert it into his main model and he is using Revit. Thanks anyway.
RobDraw
According to AutoDesk, Advance Steel is interoperable with Revit and no conversion is necessary. What have you done to prepare yourself for this? You must have known about it when you started the project. Does this interoperability require the client to have Advance Steel?
