Snap problem in Polish version of AC2016 and 2017

I have a problem becouse sometimes I have to use some sort of Snap, which I have normally turned off (for example, nearest).

And now:

1) When I press Shift + right click and I will choose nearest there pops up "_nea with" in command line but does not catch the Snap.

2) When the type "_nea" also does not catch.

3) When I type "bli" (_nea in Polish) it pops "bli z" ("_nea with" in Polish) in command line and it works fine.

For example when I will type "_endp" ("kon" in Polish) or choose END from shift+right it works fine. Where sholud I search for solution or where report this problem?

Are you on subscription? You can open a support ticket with Autodesk. Log into your account (manage.autodesk.com) to do this.

Just curious, if you type in _near (instead of _nea) does it do any different?
