Hello friends,

Please help me understand, as well as, resolve my current line-type scale issue.

I set my scale in model space and it appears perfect. I create a view-port in paper-space and my scale disappears. My zig-zag line-type appears continuous. Not sure if the line is actually continuous or if it is just a very very low scale factor.

Please help.

Kindly,

Lisette

Attach a copy of the drawing to your next post. Someone here will take a look at it and get back to you with an answer.

System variables and recommended scale factors:

MSLTSCALE = 1

LTSCALE = 1 or 0.5

PSLTSCALE = 1

Just curious. Is all your model space geometry drawn full size or did you draw it "to scale" as one might do manually on a drafting board?

Are you working in Imperial or Metric units?

As ReMark has hinted, Paper Space and Model Space can have different values.

I am curious what your MEASUREMENT system variable is currently set to.

As you are in Connecticutt I am guessing that you are likely working in Imperial units, for which your Measurement system variable should be set to .

I too would try using the LTSCALE command, in paperspace, and setting it to , then hit RE for regen, and after it updates, see if the line display works for you.

THANK YOU!

I followed the above and it all worked out. My drawing is 1:1.
