broncos15 Posted July 1, 2016 Share Posted July 1, 2016 I had a quick question about using parcels for CIA calcs. I know how to set up the parcels where I have the intensity, collection point, and time of concentration. What I can't figure out is if there is a way to have the parcel linked to a feature line that would be for the initial/overland time and the travel time. Currently I just have it calculating based off of an antecedent factor, but the jurisdiction I am working in doesn't allow this type of calculation.
