julieocca
We have recently upgraded to Autocad LT 2017. We have a shared network in the office. Previously If I was working on a drawing and someone else tried to open it they would be able to open the drawing "read only" - totally as standard. Since we have upgraded if I am working in a drawing & a colleague opens it my file automatically becomes Read Only and they take control of the drawing. This is incredibly frustrating. The same thing does not happen to them. Does anyone have any clues as to whether this is a setting I can fix? Many thanks!!
ReMark
So your company doesn't utilize AutoCAD Vault to keep track of drawings? I'm thinking it has something to do with a network setting and not necessarily your copy of AutoCAD.
