scaling multiple objects in refence with itself

LISP routine or advice on how to do it
What I'm after is actually Scale multiple objects (in reference with the center of it-closed polyline).
The reason for it is that each of my polylines have object data attached to it....It does not copy with offset routine,but it would with scale routine.

You need to scale objects from your insertion point, include a polyline, but this from your center?
