halam
The are tools to automatically save a PDF before closing and there a a bunch of tools that let you script printing multiple files in one go..but I doubt if it technically possible to do it without opening it.. Who needs paper anyway?
TheCADnoob
Something will have to open it to print it. Im not sure of any third party solution to this but there may be one out there. In AutoCAD there is the batch plot option which will allow you to "print with out opening it" but in reality its doing it but just in a manner that is quick an automated. If you are need to get to the drawing with out paying for CAD you can get something like TrueView (http://www.autodesk.com/products/dwg/viewers) it can also batch plot just like AutoCAD but i believe its opening the drawings as well. What issue are you trying to address by not opening the drawing?
