MDD73
Can someone please help me. I am trying to edit a wall style. If I select the new wall style say "Blockwork X 100mm" in style manager. Select 'materials tab' add new definition '100mm Blockwork Load Bearing' change the Plan Hatch to ANS137 and click OK, No Problem. What I have not understood is how do I stop it changing the Plan Hatch in another wall style I created. I must be missing something somewhere any help would be appreciated. danellis
It *sounds* like you're changing your global plan hatch rather than the material-specific one. In the Material definition box, make sure that you tick the little box to the right of Display Representation you're using (under the Style Override column)... dJE
MDD73
Thank You danellis I must have spent 6 hours trying to understand where I was going wrong, really appreciated.
danellis
No worries. ACA can send you in loops sometimes. Over the weekend I spent about two hours trying to create a wall style that was symmetrical about its baseline before realising that I could just design the wall style from one side and use the centreline justification when I drew the wall. dJE
