Cad64 Posted September 12, 2016 Share Posted September 12, 2016 The pdfs would be 2D landscape and site plans. Like I mentioned, any image editing software can be used to color 2D site plans. They all work basically the same way, it's just that some have more features than others. I have always used Photoshop, and in my opinion, it is the best and most full featured image editing program available, but it is also the most expensive. There are other programs like Corel Painter and Gimp, but as far as I know, they cannot open pdf files, so you would have to convert your pdf's to jpg or tif or some other format in order to open them.
