yrnomad
I've got a project that we used a stretchable light fixture block that had dynamic features to allow adding emergency fixture tags. Then the designers wanted to change the stretch increments on the fixture from 2' to 1'. After that adaption was done, we inserted and redefined the block. Now the dot to symbolize the emergency fixture location is 10' behind the symbol on the existing fixtures. if I insert the block fresh, the dot appears in the correct place. Any ideas? I've attached both a stripped down version of the plan, and the updated lighting block. Ski_Me
I had this issue with text that was a attribute. I went into the block editor and redefined the basepoint and unlocked the attribute. After that it was fine. However you may have a different cause to this effect than me but it's a starting point. I wasn't able to look at the drawing you posted my regular computer that I use for autocad is getting a new power supply.
kamijin
Try this block and see whether is working or not. ELTG_Slot-stretch Kamijin.dwg
