CSTAM
Hi, I have created a 3D Elevation of a building but wish to show it as 2D i.e by drawing over the lines but it does not work! Any help please?
RobDraw
Why? You could use flatten on a copy of the 3D but again, why? I really don't understand. Is this just to make it look good on paper? If you print the 3D to paper, it automagically becomes 2D.
Tyke
If you really must do it, select every thing on the elevation and do a 3D rotate about the X-axis. If your elevation has elements that are set back a little or protrude use the flatten command to get a 2D drawing.
f700es
If it is made of 3D solids use flatshot (it will not destroy your model).
BIGAL
Can you not use a viewport in a layout that is set to the correct elevation and set hide on ?
