matched hatch look different

Recommended Posts

If you check the distance between the hatch lines, you will see that one hatch is at an interval of 0.3750 units and the other hatch is at an interval of 9.5250 units. It is apparent that these two numbers differ by a scale factor of about 25, which is the scale difference between imperial and metric.

It is a bug in autocad that both sets of hatch patterns (and linetypes) can exist in one drawing.

One solution is to use properties, select another hatch pattern and then reselect the proper hatch pattern. With luck, the two hatch patterns will now look the same.
