Propagating an AutoCAD Form from an Excel Spreadsheet

Intent: I would like to create an Excel Spreadsheet that information can be entered on and then have information entered into specific locations on an AutoCAD template.

Example:

The project name should appear at the top of the Drawing and in a Title Block in the lower right hand corner of the Form.

The project city and state should appear at the top of the Drawing and in a Title Block in the lower right hand corner of the Form.

The project engineer's name should appear in a Title Block in the lower right hand corner of the Form.

The project engineer's name should appear in a Title Block in the lower right hand corner of the Form.

Several other items as well but I hope you get the idea.

Is this possible and how do I go about it? (We use several different size forms, I assume the process will need to be form template specific.)

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It should be possible, could you post an example of both an excel sheet and a drawing layout showing what you are trying to achieve, it would be much easier to offer advise if we know what you are imagining.
