Justifying Text in Dimensions (tried DIMTEDIT and Dimension Styles)

Hi all,

 

I was curious if there is a way to Justify Left or Right that so it looks like the attached picture? (i.e. NOT center)

 

I have already attempted the commands DIMTEDIT and made modifications on the Dimension Style Manager and it still centers the text.
