Are you presented with any kind of onscreen error message?

Have you done a REPAIR of your AutoCAD installation? A REPAIR is NOT the same as an UNINSTALL/REINSTALL.

There is one other thing you can try. Start > All Programs > AutoDesk > AutoCAD 2015 - [your version here] > Reset Settings to Default. If that does not work then move on to the REPAIR option.

What is the source of the drawing?

The REPAIR option can be found by clicking on Start > Control Panel > Programs & Features > AutoDesk AutoCAD 2015. Once you click on that last one look at the top of the window for Uninstall/Change. Click on Uninstall/Change. The next window you see should look like this.

Repair ACAD 2015.jpg

Click on the Repair/Reinstall button. You should be able to handle it from here. A REPAIR of an installation will fix any missing and/or corrupted program files.

I don't see any call for attaching your drawing here at this time. Let's see if the REPAIR option takes care of the problem. Are you up-to-date as far as service packs go?
