I receive DWG made by a program similar to Autocad written in Hebrew and Arabic language .. in an Autocad program for one PC, I can read it correctly in the original language but in another PC the language comes out in Latin letters and is unreadable. I have tried looking in text styles (I have fonts hebrew and arabic installed) but I can not find the procedure, please help.

Start by looking in the Text Style dialog box and see what text styles are included in the drawing and what font has been assigned to each.

You could use a custom lisp routine that would prompt you for the old text style (the one you want to change) then prompt you for the new text style (the style you want to change to) and after entering the style name it would ask you to select all the text you want to change.
