David D
Where would I find the place to turn on and off the arrows that show at the ends of arcs when highlighted? Using AutoCad 2016.
ReMark
What arrows might those be? When I highlight an arc all I see are grips.
David D
I guess I am actually talking about grips. When I highlight an arc I get an arrow off both ends of the arc. They can be used to extend or retract the length of the arc. I am using 2010 LT but a coworker using 2016 Full does not see those arrows. ReMark
Grips can be enabled/disabled on the Selection tab of the Options dialog box or via the GRIPS system variable (at the command line) but I think it is an all or nothing approach. Set GRIPS to 0 to hide them.
Dana W
Arc's with arrow grips are usually splines or trimmed ellipses.
