Radial Dimension help

I am using Civil 3D and i have set up a dimension style that I use for everything. I recently started a new drawing with my usual dimension style in it. I was drawing radius dimensions and when I clicked on the grip to move the dimension around the arc, the arrowhead moved off of the arc. I have not seen this before. Usually the arrowhead move along the arc length. Is there a property that is affecting this? Or is there something in this drawing that is messing this up?
