ReMark Posted September 16, 2009 Posted September 16, 2009 Most upgrades are looking for the main executeable file. In AutoCAD's case this is acad.exe so I think it should work but I'm not 100% sure. Give it a try. What do you have to lose? What OS are you running? Quote

AutoCAD media discs are all the same. Whether or not you pay for a new license or an upgrade is based on your status with Autodesk. IOW - the installer doesn't know or care if you have an older version installed. Quote
