Button macro for number modification.

I'm pretty sure I've seen this somewhere on the forum, but for the life of me can't find it.

I need to change a series of numbers by a set and constant amount, by imputting the value and clicking on each number to change it by that value. I used to have a button macro that did it (I use Lt), but it's gone missing during several changes of jobs and computers.

Can anyone help me to find it again?

It will be a diesel function as you have Lt, lisp I can give you.

I know that it a diesel macro, but I can't remember where I got it from. I thought I had saved the macro as a windows clip file, but it's gone missing.
