gurrera Posted September 3, 2010 Posted September 3, 2010 Hi Here is my problem. When I open up AuyoCad 2000, it goes to a new drawing. It use to open a small window o let me pick either standers or metric dimensions. How can I git it back to where it will? Thank you for your time. Sam Gurrera Quote
gurrera Posted September 4, 2010 Author Posted September 4, 2010 IF you mean type it in the command space, it didn't work. I hate to reload AutoCads back in, because it might change all my setting, I an going to try to start my computer at an earlyer date and see if that works. Quote
rkmcswain Posted September 4, 2010 Posted September 4, 2010 TODAY was not introduced until 2004. Try the system variable STARTUPTODAY, although I don't think this was around until 2000i.. Poke around in the Options dialog if STARTUPTODAY is invalid. I don't have access to 2000 any more... Reloading AutoCAD probably won't help, but even if you did, you won't lose any settings unless you specifically remove user created files/registry settings. A reinstall simply replaces program files with the original. Quote
