JD Mather Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 Have you gone through the built in Frame Generator Tutorial? Can you attach your skeleton ipt file here? Quote
rdharvey Posted December 7, 2010 Author Posted December 7, 2010 yeah, thats my skeleton and i have managed to do some framework, how do i go about doing the pitched section for the roofing? Quote
JD Mather Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 Just select the lines to place the frame members and then use the Miter tool (or trim, whatever is appropriate for the end conditions). Quote
rdharvey Posted December 7, 2010 Author Posted December 7, 2010 it wont let me select them for some reason... I have made my skel then the first frame members. followed by the new sketch. hmmm its baffled me. Quote
MarkFlayler Posted December 7, 2010 Posted December 7, 2010 You cannot use the Sketch in the Assembly. You need to have that in the Skeleton file. Quote
