PaulS00 Posted March 3, 2012 Posted March 3, 2012 Hello, I just started working at a new firm and installed C3D 2011 on my new office computer. Anytime I try to create a surface, alignment, line labels, etc it won't do anything. For example, I tried to create an alignment and it gave me this in the command line: "_AeccCreateAlignmentEntities" I have 2 years of C3D experience at my last job and have never had this happen. A coworker also has this same problem on her computer. However, another co-worker doesn't. Quote
SLW210 Posted March 5, 2012 Posted March 5, 2012 Sounds like you are opening in vanilla AutoCAD. You could try _OPTIONS>Profiles and reset the profile. Do you have all UPDATES? You may need to reset the path in your Civil3D icon. Could be an IT issue, maybe it wasn't installed properly. Quote
