plz suggestion me to buy new pc

Dear all,

i recently decided purchase new pc

can u suggestion which better hardware

(software use Autocad 2012, Photoshop cs5 for presentation, Corel x5, 3d max for rendering. & playing big 3d games)

processor =  AMD FX 8-Core Black Edition FX-8150   or   intel i7
mother board =                  ???
memory = 4 gb                   which brand ????
harddisk = 1 tb                   which brand ????
graphic card = 1 or gb         which brand ????
monitor hd = 19" square       which brand ????

Well the FX will be less money but the i7 will have a slight performance advantage.

Ram, get all you can get! You can get 16GB for under 100 USD so that is not a problem if you are looking at either i7 or Zambezi FX based systems. I prefer nVidia cards myself. GTS or GTX series are good choices. Just make sure they are DX11 and OpenGL 4.0 approved (for future apps). A good 22" LCD will be pretty cheap as well. Maybe look at a 24" if you can get a good deal. Motherboard, if you get an AMD cpu look at an ASUS motherboard. If you go i7 then stay with intel boards imho. 1 TB hard drive is a must. I still like having a DVD-RW drive myself.

A lot will depend on your budget. If you have the money to spend I'd recommend that your main drive be solid state. Load your OS and programs on this drive. Have a second, platter-style, drive installed 500GB to 1TB and use this for storing all your files.

I think most monitors today are advertized as being wide-screen LCD with a completely different aspect ratio than the old style CRT monitors. I would recommend a 24" as well.

Re: core. This link gives you a brief explanation of what a quad-core processor is. The same theory holds true for other multi-core processors. If you plan on doing any rendering you will want to look at computers that have multi-core processors and you'll also want to load up on as much RAM as you can afford.

This looks pretty cool, the best one has a good graphics card in it. Nice big screen.

I agree with Dadgad was going to suggest the same one this is probably the way of the future other than back to goggles for screens and glove sensors. What ever happened to that Autocad product ?

Not a big fan of all-in-one units myself. I do like that this one is up-gradable but the price for the specs is not acceptable for me. $1,900 for a core i3, 4gb ram, 500gb hdd and an intel HD3000 graphics is a no go for that price.

The Dell Inspiron One 2320 AIO is $1,300 and you get a core i7 2600s cpu, 8gb ram, 2tb hdd and a Geforce GT525m video. Sure no RAID in the Dell but I'd rather have the increased cpu and video if I had to make the choice.

I still prefer a separate desktop and monitor myself. Seems that you can get more for your money that way. To each their own.

Give me a separate case and monitor any day of the week. If I want to swap the monitor out it's no big deal. Same goes for the box. How "upgradeable" are all-in-one computers? Is the power supply upgradeable should it die? At least in a box one can easily swap the power supply out.

Dear sir yes i confuse with quad core & multi core

If you have enough money you could buy a computer with eight processors and 32 cores. Now that would, with the right software, provide really good rendering capability.
