Help with table problems??? Drawing attached

I am working in this table that someone else created. The text in the first column on the second half of the split table keeps reverting to a smaller text size and a different alignment within the cell. Anyone know how to fix this? Seems like an annotative issue??

Double click in your trouble cell and look at your text height. Then do the same in a working cell.

Sorry, I should have said what I have tried so far. I selected the cells and manually typed the correct text height in. When I save and close the drawing, then reopen, the text is back to the small size. I tried locking the content, locking the format, and locking both content and format. It still reverts to the small text size. It is going from text height 1.5 to .125 (or 1/12 scale). I also looked around for some annotative fix. I do not know how to apply annotative scales to a table.

The only way I have been able to work around it is to copy a cell that appears to be working correctly and pasting it into one of the affected cells. Then I have to retype the original contents back into the cell. Not a big deal, to retype everything will only take a few minutes, but I really want to know what is going on.

Ok... the only thing I found was if you right click on a working cell, there's an option called match cell. then click a bad cell. That worked for me. I guess it's like MatchProp for tables. I don't work with tables all that often, so I don't really know what the problem is.

Thanks, that is a better work around than my cut and paste. Perhaps there is a table guru out there who knows what is going on!

What units are you using in the dwg? I get a log of dwgs from architects (who use inches) so when my civil dwgs need to be in feet, I have to convert everything. Check your drawing settings (Settings tab of Prospector menu, right click on dwg name and look for dwg settings) and make sure your dwg is using the units you want it to.

So... I know this thread is probably dead but I'm having the same issue and was wondering if anyone ever came up with a good solution. After a lot of searching I managed to find this http://forums.autodesk.com/t5/AutoCAD-2010/Problem-with-Table-Break/td-p/3133638 which works, but it seems like there should be a better way. Anyone got any other solutions?

Is the table an MS Excel Table?

If so change the cell format in Excel.

Just tried that, no luck.
