micheldenis Posted August 10, 2012 Posted August 10, 2012 Hi, I was told by a customer that he has AutoCAD 2D but that their platform also contains supplementary information regarding the "third dimension", for places, objects, etc ... If this seems possible to you with AutoCAD 2D, I am wondering where all these data could be accessible for transfering the DWG, including the 3rd dim data, to external platforms ? (in our case 3D virtual worlds) ? Thanks in advance, -michel Quote
ReMark Posted August 10, 2012 Posted August 10, 2012 Is your client using AutoCAD LT and not the full version? Quote
micheldenis Posted August 11, 2012 Author Posted August 11, 2012 Hello, I need to check ! Client says he is using an AutoCAD "without the 3D". Thanks, -michel Quote
ReMark Posted August 11, 2012 Posted August 11, 2012 Then that would be AutoCAD LT. He isn't going to get much 3D work done in that program. Quote
