Panchovia Posted October 25, 2012 Posted October 25, 2012 Hi, If you have a solid a there are inner lines you want to trim how do you do that in autocad 2013. Panchovia Quote
MSasu Posted October 25, 2012 Posted October 25, 2012 Do you mean edges? Can you post a picture of your case? And, by the way, welcome to the Forum! Quote
ReMark Posted October 25, 2012 Posted October 25, 2012 Could those "lines" be left over 2D geometry used to create the 3D model? Quote
Panchovia Posted October 26, 2012 Author Posted October 26, 2012 Here is a outline of the problem if you have a box and you place a cylinder at each side of the faces when combine it into a solid you should get a round face at each side one of the side the software did it correctly the other there is still has a piece of the cylinder on the bottom how dou you trim this piece. Another problem I have is with inventor fusion it keeps popping up jamming the software I used appautoload to turn it off nothing. I have 4 gig of mem how gig of mem do you need. I think autocad 2013 is full off oops it doesn't recognised certain commands. Quote
ReMark Posted October 26, 2012 Posted October 26, 2012 AutoCAD 2013 will work better if you download and install service pack 1.1. Did you? In your next post attach a copy of the actual DWG file. Someone here will take a look at it and tell you how to go about solving your problem. Quote
JD Mather Posted October 27, 2012 Posted October 27, 2012 Here is a outline of the problem.... Instead of an outline - why not post the dwg file? Quote
JD Mather Posted October 27, 2012 Posted October 27, 2012 I think autocad 2013 is full off oops it doesn't recognised certain commands. Specfically what commands? I have not seen this behavior. Quote
Uceee Posted October 28, 2012 Posted October 28, 2012 I think you may need to slice the unnecessary bit off. Not really sure till I see the file though. Quote
ReMark Posted October 29, 2012 Posted October 29, 2012 Here it is four days later and you (Panchovia) have yet to post a copy of the drawing. Did you solve the problem or not? Inquiring minds want to know. Quote
