Saved_One Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 First of all, hello everyone. I was wondering if anyone knows if the new AutoCAD for Mac can do a 3d Walkthrough? If so, can someone provide a link or an Idea of how to start it... Also, on a different note, does anyone experience the toolsets opening where ever they want to upon first open? Can these be locked down like in the past versions? Thanks in advance for any help or tips. Quote
ReMark Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Forget it. AutoCAD for Mac 2013 cannot do walkthroughs, flybys or animation. Comparison of AutoCAD 2014 for the PC vs. AutoCAD for Mac 2014 can be found here... http://www.autodesk.com/products/autodesk-autocad/compare/compare-platforms Quote

Oh well. Quote
tzframpton Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Wow that really does suck. I wonder why they can't include this? I use the 3DWALK tool a lot. Quote
f700es Posted May 15, 2013 Posted May 15, 2013 Unless I recall incorrectly I thought that AutoCAD for mac was almost a complete rewrite and in that some things just did not come across. Quote
