New module for securitysystems

i would someone to point me in the right direction

im not foreign of programming and good with the cad.

im sitting and thinking it would be possible to create something like this and I KNOW it will take lots of time and effort to make it happen BUT, will in the end save ****loads of time..

i want to create an installationdrawing with blocks with attributes with.

1. technical adress

2. Zone

3. power consumtion normal operation

4. power consumtion alarm

5. Roomnumer

6. Floor

also in that block i want to setup a quople of options on where to put the cables (what screwnumber)

then some cables with some equation on poweloss in the lenght of the cable

then to the next gadget where it has the same kinda attributes and option to chose where to put the cables

and it goes on (so in the end i have a bussnet and also the powerconsumtion of it all )

from this i would like to export the screwnumbers to a schematics where it will automatically fill the schematics for me, also export of all the parts used with zone etc etc etc

can someone point me to where to start? or if there is someone i can hire to do this?
