Changing plot style to basic black

Hello guys!

I am trying to print all black ACAD file with grey hatching. I used this great tutorial http://www.ellenfinkelstein.com/acadblog/tutorial-create-a-plot-style-color-dependent/ to learn how to set plot styles, it worked, but not completely. Some colors changed to black, some didn't. I attach a print-screen, so all my settings are visible.

Do you guys know what is missing in the settings so all the lines are black?

Ideally, I would like to be able to leave hatching grey, but it is extra :)

Thank you!

Assign a "TrueColor" not an Index color to the layer that your hatches are on then use the monochrome.ctb as is. TrueColor settings trump Index colors and they will plot their own unique color.

In the layer manager make sure the colors are Index Colors (1 to 254) then they will plot black with the proper settings in the ctb, as you have shown. For a CTB drawing such as yours you will need to assign a unique color to the hatch layer, then go to that color in the CTB file and turn greyscale to on.

There are other ways to do this, this is one of several.

Thank you, guys. worked like a charm. Greatly appreciate your help.

I understand because I use a "monochrome" style it will print a grade of black for the hatching. What if I want to print the hatch in rgb, which plot style should I use?
