  1. I was wondering if there was a simpler way then coding to create custom hatch patterns. I would also like to know if there is a way to save something as a symbol for later projects. Thanks for any help you can provide.
  2. Hi All, I have about 200 TIFF images (all Geo-refferenced) I need to make a separate DWG file for each one which simply has the associated image attached. Essentially my final outcome needs to be: 001.TIF 001.DWG So I need the DWG file to be named the same as the TIFF. I can import and save them one by one but this is pretty time consuming. Any suggestions on how to do this automatically? I have 3 sets of images to do this for and each is a different pixel size. I have completed one set and I was wondering if i could take the set that I have completed and somehow manipulate them to find the other group of images without having to open each DWG and attach the new image. Any ideas would be appreciated! Cheers
  3. Hi, I'm having problems with lineweights. It shows up too dark whenever I plot to both pdf and the printer (Kyocera KM-2560 KX). Ive tried adjusting the ctb file (changing thicknesses of colours) but to no avail. This problem does not occur for my colleagues, with exactly the same ctb file. So is it a general autocad setting problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated, Daniel

    Urgent!

I can get the product to install, and I can get it to start up but everytime the product finally opens, I get two little boxes to pop up that essentially pertain to me opening or saving an internet file with a page of REVIT materials or links or whatever. I have tried opening and saving both, and neither seems to do the job. I have also tried cancelling the boxes and just beginning a new project; when I do so, I can make one or two moves until another box pops up and explains that an error occurred and the window "shall now be closed". This frustrates me greatly, because when I click "OK" it takes me back to the initial screen with the two boxes. I tried updating windows, and I have uninstalled and reinstalled, AND I have downloaded a new version and installed that. The same thing appears to happen regardless of what I do in attempt to prevent it from recurring. I am becoming VERY angry, as I am an Architecture student at the University of Cincinnati and I need this program to run on my computer this week so i can complete our project. Get back to me ASAP please, I would greatly appreciate it.
  5. I am trying to find a lisp that will create a single line flex like a "spline" but if it gets to be longer than 10'-0" then it should show as a "hard round duct" for the remaiing part. (according to code flex can not be longer than 10') can anyone help me or have a lisp that is cappable of doing this? thank you!
  6. Hello, I am an architecture student. Would it be possible to draw curved frame like this in REVIT 2011 and how do I go about in drawing this? (Later on, i would need to apply cladding and other sorts of beam...) I tried to draw in elevation view using Wall or Column command (like i would in Rhino or Maya) but it wouldn't let me... Please help... Thankyou!~~*
